1.    Product Overview

The Links-Box fast prototype simulator is a general-purpose HIL simulation device that runs on the VxWorks real-time OS, with robust performance and rich interfaces. It’s mainly designed for university teaching and scientific research application, and there are multiple models for customers’ selection.


2.    Feature Advantages

  1. Supports RCP Fast Prototype Design: Enables automatic conversion of users’ Matlab/Simulink simulated models to built-in control prototypes;
  2. Supports HIL Tests: Users’ physical devices such as controllers can directly connect with the Links-Box fast prototype simulator to dynamically verify the performance of physical controllers;
  3. Abundant IO Resources: There are large quantities of IO board card resources for users to choose, including: DIO, AIO, PWM, CAN, RS232/422, 1553B, ARINC429, etc.;
  4. Small-Sized and Light: The smallest model is only 138mm (W) x 157mm (H) x 226mm (D) in size and weighs only 2.9kg;
  5. Strong Environmental Adaptation: Vibration resistance: 5 Grms; shock resistance: 50 Grms.
